Shipping policy

Here's how and when your order gets to you. Clear, no small print.

1. Two types of garments

  • In-stock garments. Already made and ready to ship.
  • Made-to-order garments (ARCHIVE). We make them for you when you place your order.

Each product page tells you which type it is before you buy.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times start when your payment is confirmed and include transport to your door.

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In-stock garments

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Canary Islands, France, Germany and Italy: usually 1 to 2 business days; 7 business days at most.

Made-to-order garments

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 2 weeks at most in total, production and delivery included.
  • Canary Islands, France, Germany and Italy: 2 weeks at most, plus up to 5 extra business days for transport.

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order garments, we ship everything together once the made-to-order garment is ready, within the maximum time for your destination.

If we see we're running late, we'll let you know in advance. If the deadline passes and your order hasn't arrived, you can cancel it and we'll refund you in full, shipping included.

3. Where we ship

  • Mainland Spain
  • Balearic Islands
  • Canary Islands
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy

We don't ship to other destinations for now.

4. Shipping cost

  • Mainland Spain: from €5.50.
  • Balearic and Canary Islands: €12.
  • France, Germany and Italy: the price depends on the destination.

You'll see the exact price at checkout before you pay.

There's no free shipping. All prices on the website include VAT. For orders to the Canary Islands, VAT doesn't apply; IGIC may apply instead (see below).

Shipping to the Canary Islands. The Canary Islands are outside the EU VAT area, so parcels go through customs. Nacex handles the customs paperwork (DUA). Orders to the Canary Islands may carry IGIC and customs handling costs, which are charged separately from the price of the products and the shipping. You pay them when you receive your order. The same goes for size exchanges, returns and reshipments that are down to you (for example, a wrong address or an uncollected parcel): you pay the IGIC and customs handling costs separately. If the fault is ours or the product's, we cover the shipping. We don't refund the taxes and customs costs of the original shipment, unless the law requires us to. If you have any questions before buying, write to us and we'll explain how it works in your case.

5. Carrier and tracking

We ship with Nacex.

When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number.

If the tracking doesn't move, write to us.

6. Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before paying.

If you made a mistake, write to us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change it.

If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we'll send it again. You pay for that second shipment, at the price for your destination. If it's to the Canary Islands, you also pay the IGIC and customs handling costs.

7. If it arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered

Until the parcel is in your hands, it's our responsibility.

  • Write to us with your order number and photos of the parcel and the garment.
  • We'll sort it out: we'll replace it, repair it or refund you. We cover all shipping costs.
  • If you can, let us know within the first few days. Even if it takes you longer, you don't lose your rights: all our garments have a 3-year legal guarantee.

8. If your parcel gets lost

If the carrier loses it, we'll send you another one or refund you. With no shipping cost to you.

9. Contact
